Hot assembly

Three-layer assembly, commonly called “hot assembly”, generally provides energy savings and is a solution perfectly insulating the places where heat loss and subsidence of moisture most often takes place.

It also provides high quality joinery, that is assembled in professional way.
Even premium windows and doors loose own properties, when they are assembled unprofessionally.

Three-layer assembly in JWS SYSTEM (JARO-MAX WINDOW SYSTEM) is the solution preventing from the formulation of thermal bridges in the area of window or door joinery and wall connection.
This is the place, where building construction is degraded in the quickest way.
In the event of traditional assembly, foam looses own thermal and acoustic properties due to humidity and altering temperatures.
Subsequent problems are as follows: peeling of paint, frosting at walls, humidity, fungal attack and excessive heat consumption.

When three-layer assembly is used, we limit the risk of all negative effects. Additionally, we save energy and improve microclimate at room.
JWS System is comfort for ages!

Advantages of JWS System:

  • No thermal bridges
  • Decreased energy costs
  • Protection of joinery and wall connection
  • Limited fungal attack around windows and doors
  • Improved microclimate at room
  • No displacement of walls in buildings

From what JWS SYSTEM is composed?

TAPE – WINDOWS TAPE INSIDE

Inside layer – vapour-tight tape protects window connection to the wall from external side. It conforms a barrier for vapours and limits air and vapour flow from room to window slit.

JWS SYSTEM FOAM

Medium layer – polyurethane foam acts as thermal and acoustic insulator (it cannot be dank, in order to perform its function properly).

TAPE – WINDOWS TAPE OUTSIDE

External layer – vapour permeable tape is the barrier and insulation against the access of atmospheric agents (rain, wind, low temperature).
Simultaneously, it retains its vapour permeability parameters and enables the evaporation of water concentrated in window crevice during the diffusion or leaking external sealing layer.
When doorjamb exists, the use of decompressing tape is advised.

WHEN YOU USE JWS SYSTEM, YOU COMPLY WITH THE RULE: MORE TIGHT FROM INSIDE, THAN OUTSIDE!
